Apple cider vinegar is a well know natural home remedy and kitchen ingredient since well before Roman Times. This acidic cider can easily be made, not only from other fruits but from beer too. Today, in the 21st century, apple cider vinegar is still produced in much the same way in which it has been produced over the years, by allowing natural sugars in the fruit to ferment first into alcohol, which is further fermented into vinegar. Apples are used to make a potent cider vinegar which has a remarkable and magical health benefit. Apple Cider vinegar, as well as a being an ingredient of salads for instance, it can also used as a highly effective natural home remedy for many ailments and conditions such as obesity and arthritis and helps allergy relief to pollen, food and pets. The main benefit of apple cider vinegar is because it is one of the oldest and most useful types of vinegar known to man and it contains vitamins C, E, A, B1, B2, B6, proto-vitamin, as well as beta-carotene. Apple cider vinegar has minerals and some trace elements such as potassium, calcium, sodium, copper, iron and magnesium. It has an acidic taste which may not suit everyone's palette, but mixing two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with eight ounces of water and a touch of honey to taste, makes the remedy quite easy to take. For example, if honey is included, apple cider vinegar can treat sore throats and congestion. When apple cider vinegar is mixed with water, the mixture can treat chronic tiredness and other conditions. When apple cider vinegar is taken internally, as against being used as a rub, it should be used with caution. The vinegar should be diluted with water to protect the enamel of the teeth from erosion. Rinsing the mouth immediately adds more protection, but it is recommended that brushing the teeth should not be done immediately afterwards. Drinking the mixture through a straw may prevent the vinegar eroding tooth enamel. Please be aware that because apple cider vinegar is acidic, it may cause indigestion (heartburn); however, it is it's acidity that provides the vinegar with an long shelf life. It's not necessary to keep the apple cider vinegar refrigerated, but over time, the vinegar may develop a sediment that makes the vinegar look as if it is cloudy. Fortunately, this does not affect its effectiveness. For more information how to use apple cider vinegar, check the benefit of apple cider vinegar link below.
