As a person with a disability and the use of one hand only I had trouble breaking eggs open until I learned how to break eggs with one hand only.

This is great for those who have a bad grip or arthritis. TRUST ME IT WORKS.

OK, take hold of the egg and place it about 12 inches above a glass dish.

DROP THE EGG sounds crazy but the egg shell will (9 times out of 10) break clean in half leaving the yoke completly in tact.

You might need to practice a bit by dropping the egg from different heights, but you will get it right everytime in future.

REMEMBER do NOT let the egg hit the edge of the dish, if the egg does hit the side of the dish it will break uneven, creating quite a mess.

Once the egg is broken simply peel the egg shells apart.

This egg breaking tip is especially useful for people who have disabilities or reduced motor control.
