Precise measurements can be vital to perfect cooking and baking success.

I have also included some basic bar drink measurements and oven temperature gas mark numbers plus a few common imperial to metric converions used in weights and measures when cooking.

Always use cup and spoon measures for dry and solid ingredients and a cooking measuring jug for liquid ingredients.

If you wish you can print out the cooking reference chart for future use by clicking the print icon at the top left of this page.
