This luxury centrally heated apartment (sleeping up to 10) with ramped entrance and private courtyard entrance is set back from the Exmouth promenade and seafront.
The bedrooms comprise of 1 spacious single electric bed or can be converted to a twin bedroom – en-suite shower,seat,W.C. and wash hand basin; one twin room and 1 double room. These 3 rooms are more suitable for ambulant guests as there are 3 stairs to access them, but a removable ramp is available, if required. Also there is another en-suite single electric bed/twin bedroom with purpose built wheel-in shower room, wash hand basin and W.C. left and right side transfer. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, W.C. and wash hand basin.
The lower ground floor has a large bedroom with bunk beds, 1 single bed, 1 bed settee and a spare folding bed. (Bedlinen provided – duvets, welcome pack)
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric eye-level oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge. The lounge/diner has a remote control T.V., DVD’s, dining table and chairs.
Apartment 2 (sleeping up to 5) is similar in many ways to the larger apartment – and also has an en-suite electric single/twin bedroom with purpose built wheel-in shower and seat, wash hand basin and W.C.(left and right transfer)
N.B. There are other apartments within the building which are not wheelchair accessible. The varied accommodation lends itself to a family reunion.
The apartments are in an ideal location for a seaside holiday. The Esplanade goes on for 2 miles just above the beach, along side the sands (where there is ramped access) – wheeling distance from the apartments.
It is a 10 minute level walk to the town centre and a rail link which takes you to Exeter with fantastic views of the river Exe estuary. The M5 motorway is just a 10 minute drive. Exmouth’s main shopping area is mostly pedestrianised – the car parking for disabled badge holders is free along the seafront.
