A study conducted of men who smoke found more revealing conclusions. This study has shown the men who drank green tea daily had lower blood levels of LDL, the harmful cholesterol. Much lower. Epicatechins contained in green tea reduced bad cholesterol almost by half.

In the western part of the world people are just catching on to what people in the eastern part of the world have known for centuries. Green tea can be a cure for many ailments.

Green tea is becoming more popular all around the world.

Now we know that reducing a high cholesterol level is yet another of the many healthy benefits of consuming green tea.
