What is Noise pollution?

Unwanted sound is called noise. This unwanted sound can damage physiological and psychological health. Noise pollution can cause annoyance and aggression, hypertension, high stress levels, tinnitus, hearing loss, sleep disturbances, and other harmful effects.

This hearing test is designed to make you aware of any hearing loss problems you may have. When you take the RNID's Hearing Check, you will get one of three possible results. These results will notify you which range your current hearing level falls into and suggestions will be provided regarding some appropriate actions that you can take if your hearing level is below normal.

Note: The online hearing tests are not a replacement for professional assessment.
