ICQ (I Seek You) is a very popular instant messaging program owned by Time Warner's AOL subsidiary. ICQ Chat and messenger is currently used by more users than any other online messaging system and was first developed by the Israeli company Mirabilis founded by four Israelis, Yair Goldfinger, Arik Vardi, Sefi Vigiser and Amnon Amir. The first version of ICQ was released way back in November 1996. ICQ allows you to chat, send files, and surf the Internet with your friends. There are two versions of ICQ - Full and Lite.
