Strength in Numbers Conference Focused on Disability and Aging Issues

"Strength in Numbers: Data Driven Decisions in Tough Budget Times" is set for Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., at the Saint Paul RiverCentre, 175 W. Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul.

This policy and research conference highlights state-of-the-art policies and programs for people of all ages who have complex health conditions which cause barriers to independence. Learn from top researchers, academic experts and policymakers as they address health care reform and social service needs in the context of our current economy and challenging state budget environment.

Topics include current and proposed policies, funding barriers, risks to successful community-based living, and the close relationship between disability and aging. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for this important day of data and ideas.

The conference features five breakout session tracks for:
