Snowboarding competition at Dollar Mountain. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun Valley.
Cross-Country Skiing competition at Sun Valley Nordic Center, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun Valley.
First awards ceremony of the World Winter Games at Dollar Mountain. 5 p.m. Sun Valley.
Special Olympics Town, at YMCA in Ketchum, for athletes only. Crafts, games and activities. 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 10
Snowboarding competition at Dollar Mountain, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sun Valley.
Cross-Country Skiing competition at Sun Valley Nordic Center, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Special Olympics Town, at YMCA in Ketchum, for athletes and family members, 4-10 p.m.
Benefit Concert featuring Michael Franti: Doors open at Sun Valley Pavilion ay 4:30 p.m. Trading cards created by Wood River students will be given to audience at entrance. Ticketed event. Tickets: frontgatetickets.com or Sun Valley-Ketchum Visitors Center.
DJ music, 5- 5:30 p.m. Sun Valley Pavilion.
Local students and Special Olympics athletes read trading cards, 5:30-5:45 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 11
Snowboarding competition at Dollar Mountain, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun Valley.
Cross-Country Skiing competition at Nordic Center, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun Valley.
Special Olympics Sun Valley Festival (All Special Olympics athletes are expected) 6:30-9 p.m. Sun Valley.
Open Skate, with music by DJ Lenny, 6:30-7:15 p.m. at Sun Valley outdoor ice rink.
Ice Exhibition with local guest skaters, 7:15 p.m.
Torchlight Parade with Sun Valley ski instructors down Dollar Mountain (view from the ice rink terrace), 7:30 p.m.
Festival continues in Sun Valley Village, 7:30-9 p.m. Music by DJ Lenny, Forestry Fiddlers from Colorado on Ram deck. Dance Troupe, open fire pits, hot cocoa and cider served. "World of Differences" video screens repeatedly from 7-9 p.m. at Sun Valley Opera House, pin trading and card trading in Camas and Lupine rooms.
Thursday, Feb. 12
Cross-Country Skiing competition at Nordic Center, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun Valley.
Friday, Feb. 13
Athletes depart for Closing Ceremony in Nampa. Ticketed event, 7 p.m.
