Cooking Measurement Charts


Handy cooking measurements conversion references in chart form including bar drink measurements and oven temperature gas mark numbers plus imperial to metric cooking conversions.

Precise measurements can be vital to perfect cooking and baking success.

I have also included some basic bar drink measurements and oven temperature gas mark numbers plus a few common imperial to metric converions used in weights and measures when cooking.

Always use cup and spoon measures for dry and solid ingredients and a cooking measuring jug for liquid ingredients.
