Donate to SOFTIN a nonprofit organization serving the special needs community

A kind and wonderful couple offered to donate their sailboat (a Cal 25') and slip to Seafaring Opportunities For Those In Need (SOFTIN) - However, they need to cover expenses of roughly $14,500 (Subsequent years will be less costly). (See our article Sailboat & Slip Donated if SOFTIN Can Cover Expenses for more information.)

SOFTIN Inc. was started in August '07 to provide at-sea education, skill building and self esteem building experiences and adventures to those who need to most... the disabled, impaired, victims of abuse, frail elderly and youths-at-risk.

Donations List:

SOFTIN receives funding from Santa Barbara Yacht Club

The rewards of these educational adventures are profound and meaningful and SOFTIN thanks the Santa Barbara Yacht Club Women for making such adventures possible.
