Emanuel Barling, Jr., Esq., and Ashley F. Brooks, R.N., today announced the release of Arthritis, Inflammation, Gout, Crohn's, IBD and IBS - How to Eliminate Pain and Extend Your Life, published by Outskirts Press. This comprehensive guide shows how to recognize early on the symptoms of the most common causes of disability in the U.S. so that the significant number of Americans unaware they are suffering from them can recognize the signs and prevent untold future medical difficulties.

Arthritis, Inflammation, Gout, Crohn's, IBD and IBS - How to Eliminate Pain and Extend Your Life has 5-Star reviews from doctors, nutritionists, readers and book reviewers along with its companion book, Mannie's Diet and Enzyme Formula - A Change of Lifestyle Diet for Everyone. These books are the latest and most definitive works on the topics of preventive medicine for arthritis, gout, Crohn's, IBD, natural enzyme supplements and organic diets.

"Mr. Barling's amazing discovery can only be attributed to his research into the history of natural digestive enzymes and his formula limiting the pain and physical limitations of his arthritis, gout and IBD," notes Dr. Cranford L. Scott, Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Southern California.

Fifty million adults have been told by a doctor they have arthritis. Three million people suffer from gout in the U.S. alone. Two million more suffer from Crohn's Disease, IBD, IBS and other digestive diseases.

Most Americans suffering the early symptoms of these debilitating diseases cannot recognize them. The onset of these illnesses can begin as early as forty years old and, for others, because of their genetic disposition, even earlier. If people do recognize them, they do not know what to do to prevent them from worsening or to treat them.

Arthritis, Inflammation, Gout, Crohn's, IBD and IBS - How to Eliminate Pain and Extend Your Life offers the information, hope and solutions people need to prevent and control the effects of these illnesses and diseases. The authors' companion book, Mannie's Diet and Enzyme Formula for Arthritis, Inflammation, Gout, Crohn's, IBD & IBS, also offers a recommended diet and an enzyme formula that Manning and Brooks believe is the ultimate in preventative medicine.

About the authors:

Mannie Barling is a lawyer, author and businessman who spent more than thirty years practicing law in the Greater Los Angeles Area. In the 1970's, Mr. Barling served as in-house counsel to two of the first HMOs in Los Angeles, including one that treated more than 13,000 patients a month. Mr. Barling actively participated in the management of these clinics as well as convalescent hospitals. This included his reviewing all medical matters from PSRO (Professional Standards Review Organizations) and all physician utilization issues, his interviewing doctors and specialists, and his evaluating malpractice claims.

Ashley F. Brooks, born in Youngstown, Ohio, is a third generation nurse. Ashley accepted an emergency nursing position in one of the worst areas of Chicago, an urban war zone.
