Home Remedy for Colon Cleanse

There are many treatments available for cleansing the system, especially the colon. However these may be expensive and complicated. There are natural and easier home remedies which can be done at home.

The root cause of all diseases is found in the digestive system. Our digestive system is overburdened with junk food, toxins, saturated fats and chemicals.

To prevent heart diseases, gall bladder stones, asthma, skin allergies, liver ailments, constipation and many related problems, it is essential to cleanse the system regularly.

If one is prone to headaches, skin allergies, has low energy levels, suffers from bloating and has a bad taste in the mouth, then these are symptoms of an unhealthy digestive system.

There are many treatments available for cleansing the system, especially the colon. However these may be expensive and complicated. There are natural and easier remedies which can be done at home.

Colon Cleansing Drink (1):


Half cup organic apple juice
Two tablespoons aloe-Vera juice
Two tablespoons chlorophyll
One tablespoon
Unflavored psyllium husk powder
One glass of water

Method: Mix all the ingredients and drink immediately.

Colon Cleansing Drink (2):


Juice of One lemon
A pinch of sea-salt
A dash of honey
One glass of warm or hot water

Method: Mix all the ingredients and drink immediately first thing in the morning.

Colon Cleansing Drink (3):

Ayurveda suggests different home remedies for cleansing.

Take Triphala (three fruits). This is a herbal remedy. Mix it in a glass of warm water and have after dinner. This helps to improve the digestive system and appetite as well. It is not important to go to expensive spas or clinics for this treatment. Home remedies are extremely effective and economical. Unless a person suffers from chronic constipation, and/or has other ailments which require the attention of a medical practitioner, a person can try out the above suggested drinks and see the results. These are very safe and are proven to be successful.
