The 2011 Veterans Career Expo is being held in partnership with The New York Times, Veterans Across America, RecruitMilitary and the New York City Business Leadership Network (NYCBLN). This historic Veterans' Career Expo will also run virtually online simultaneously and for 2 weeks thereafter spanning military bases around the globe. The Expo will also be making available numerous workshops.

Dozens of virtual meetings and interviews using HSV's desktop Tele-presence solution will take place simultaneously across multiple locations. For the Expo and continued virtual hiring career fair, HSV will deploy 5 desktop based terminals at the Expo that can simultaneously be connected with the other locations throughout the world at military bases with fully secure, high definition two way video conferencing. The parties can be engaged in 1-1 conversations or multi-point video conferencing sessions. The various locations require no advanced equipment other than a desktop or lap top computer with a web cam. At locations where advanced Telepresence rooms or third party video conferencing equipment is already installed, HSV will integrate without requiring any special equipment to be mobilized.
