Beginning Monday, January 12th, Access Anything, Adaptive Adventures, Steamboat Powdercats, and Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp. have joined together to sponsor the 4th annual All-Mountain Adaptive Ski Camp and Powdercats Trip; an event that will combine instructor and volunteer training, adaptive ski clinics, and a back-country Powdercat trip for 30-40 men, women, and veterans with disabilities.

The event has established itself as the premier camp in the country for skiers and riders with disabilities and has been an uplifting experience to all involved. Access Anything founders, Craig & Andrea Kennedy, see benefits on both a personal and professional level. "We are truly inspired by the courage of all our participants and gain particular satisfaction in giving back to the soldiers that have given so much for our country. And the awareness we are raising for adaptive sports and the need for better accessibility is a huge benefit to our community."

This year Access Anything and its cosponsors are proud to again welcome more than a dozen wounded soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan, along with their families, as well as former world champion three track skier Greg Mannino, who will be on hand as a coach for the event.

For added inspiration, filmmaker Dave Genchi who is Steamboat Powdercats' former photographer and videographer who broke his neck on Buffalo Pass December 2006, will be in attendance. He has been in an intense physical therapy program near San Diego for the past year and is making amazing progress in his overall mobility. Dave looks to get back on the snow and skiing for the first time since his accident, and will be on hand and running the camera and video crew for the 1st annual Legends of the Deep Powder Competition for skiers and riders with disabilities taking place right after the camp on January 16th.

Back Country Powder Cats Trip with Steamboat Powdercats (Advanced/Experienced Powder skiers), Optional Free Skiing & Activities at Steamboat Ski Area
