Synopsis: RTC launches myRTCpara to manage paratransit rides efficiently by allowing paratransit riders and caretakers to book, cancel, and manage rides online. The RTC is the transit authority, designated metropolitan planning organization, regional traffic management agency and administrator of the Southern Nevada Strong comprehensive regional plan for the Las Vegas valley. We encourage our paratransit customers and their caretakers to take advantage of this new tool that allows them to access and manage trip information in real time.

The myRTCpara website can book new trips, check and cancel existing reservations, track vehicles, access estimated pick-up times and additional services.

"The launch of myRTCpara is another way we are improving access, convenience and equity for one of the most vulnerable populations we serve," said MJ Maynard, RTC CEO. "We encourage our paratransit customers and their caretakers to take advantage of this new tool that allows them to access and manage trip information in real time."
